Hankkut Content Publisher is a private internal content publishing tool used by its owner to manage and upload content to an authorized YouTube account.
Use of the Service
The application is intended solely for the owner's internal use. It is not offered, licensed, sold, or distributed as a public service to third-party users.
YouTube API Services
Hankkut Content Publisher uses YouTube API Services to upload videos and manage related metadata on an authorized YouTube account.
By using functionality that interacts with YouTube, the user agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service:

Authorization
Access to YouTube data is provided through Google OAuth 2.0 authorization. The application accesses only the Google and YouTube account authorized by the owner.
Content Responsibility

Availability
The application is provided for internal use without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Features may be changed or discontinued at any time.
Termination and Revocation
The owner may stop using the application or revoke its Google account access at any time through Google Account security settings.
